Cross air levels are used for two-dimensional alignment, e.g. for larger machines. A tube air level
is used for each dimension. The cross air level consists of two plastic or glass tube levels drilled out or precision ground to create a barrel-shaped interior. These are then installed in a single housing.
Our standard cross air levels are set on one reference surface. We also offer adjustable cross air levels which can be set using threaded holes.
The housing of the model 2001 is made of black
varnished brass. It has a bottom plate with 3 threaded holes.
Different sensitivities are available.
Model 2001 is pre-adjusted to the bottom area of
the housing.
